Warranty & Exchanges







*Warranty*
All jewelry purchased from BeJeweled is covered by a one year repair or replacement guarantee for any defect in my workmanship that might occur with normal wear.

Should a repair be required due to a defect in my work, BeJeweled will repair the defect free of charge. This warranty is valid only from BeJeweled.
Repair or service performed by someone other than BeJeweled will void this warranty.


This warranty is valid only for products owned by the original purchaser and purchased at BeJeweled.
A proof of purchase, your receipt, documenting the date of purchase must be provided in order to receive warranty service.
I recommend storing your receipt right with the jewelry.

This warranty excludes coverage for excessive physical and/or accidental abuse/breakage, loss and theft of an item, broken wire, cracked or lost stones. In the unlikely event a stone or finding happens to loosen or fall out, we will tighten, repair or restring the piece during the warranty period, at your cost. All stones and findings must be returned with the piece. Any missing stones and findings required for proper repairs are not covered and there will be a charge to replace them. This includes the rings.

Use of certain cleaning products such as TarnX & Connoisseurs…..just to name a few…..will void your warranty.

Due to the fact that watch faces are not made by BeJeweled, they are not covered by the one year warranty. However, we do make sure that all of the watch faces are in working order before being purchased by you. Workmanship in the band portion of the watch is covered by the one year warranty.
This warranty does not cover the cost of shipping to or from BeJeweled.




*Exchanges*
This warranty excludes coverage for sizing issues. We only take exchanges, so if you have a sizing issue, we will gladly let you exchange your purchase for something else of equal or greater value. You must have your receipt  in order to make an exchange. Item must be brought back/mailed back in the same condition it was in when purchased.
(There are no exchanges for previously exchanged items or special orders)

Please notify BeJeweled of any apparent defects upon their discovery to obtain a return authorization. PLEASE DO NOT ship your products to BeJeweled without prior authorization. We will send shipping details.
