If you have a change of heart about a purchase or have gotten a gift that wasn't warmly received, don't despair. You can exchange the item within 15 days for an item of equal or greater value. You must contact me immediately so that an exchange can be set up as soon as possible. You must have your receipt as "Proof Of Purchase" or no exchange can be made. I am also willing to give you a "Gift Certificate" so that a purchase can be made at a later date. The most important thing is to contact me before the 15 days...........I am willing to work with you.
